Is eLearning quality in the eye of the beholder?

Some aspects of what we mean by eLearning quality can be captured in a reasonably objective manner (e.g. are learning objectives stated) but most of what we mean by quality (e.g. student engagement) can only be captured through more subjective measures. However, once we start to use subjective measures then the results begin to depend on who is doing the measuring, and, crucially, the results vary depending on the positioning of the reviewers with respect to the courseware

Myndigheten för yrkeshögskolan

Myndigheten för yrkeshögskolan (YH-myndigheten) ansvarar för frågor som rör yrkeshögskolan i Sverige. YH-myndigheten analyserar arbetsmarknadens behov av arbetskraft, beslutar vilka utbildningar som ska ingå i yrkeshögskolan och beviljar statsbidrag till utbildningsanordnarna. YH-myndigheten kontrollerar och granskar även utbildningarnas kvalitet och resultat. 

 Myndigheten är  ansvarig för att samordna en nationell struktur för validering av utbildning och yrkeskompetens, och är nationell samlingspunkt för EQF (European Qualifications Framework) som ska göra det lättare att jämföra utbildnings- och yrkeskvalifikationer inom EU.
